As an IT quality assurance analyst senior, you'll work in the Commercial Lines Technology Group within Core Auto Delivery. This team is focused on delivering various types of rate revisions including advancing latest product models for various states. You'll be part of a delivery team supporting the key business objective of bringing segmentation advantage with speed to market and having a strong impact on profitability measures. You'll collaborate and communicate with IT and Business stakeholders. In this role, you'll focus on manual testing which includes functional testing for state specifics, risk-based testing, and identification of automation testing opportunities. You may also assist with other responsibilities including test strategy, test estimation and coordinating the team's work. You'll be part of a fast-paced team that is critical to enabling the success of the Commercial business.

Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Property and Casualty insurance preferably Commercial Auto or other auto insurance and relevant tools like Duckcreek
• Experience with appropriate testing techniques and tools to test complex business and technical requirements (e.g. API testing with Postman, SQL, BlackBox testing, functional testing, regression, risk-based testing, executing automation testing)
• Experience with writing test plans, test cases along with experience with test estimation, test strategy, coordinating test work and some additional team lead responsibilities
• Independent Learner who has successfully demonstrated their ability to be a self-starter to thoroughly understand both Business and Systems related to the testing needed.
• Experience with Scrum or other iterative development methodologies
Compensation
• $96,000 - $113,200/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
